Only downsides are that the company does not pay as high as competitor jobs. There is lots of opportunity for growth here, however most of the preparation for growth needs to be done individually rather than supported by the company.

Plan to make the most money in the first years you are there vs. making more money each year. Low diversity. Low innovation. That said, Good commissions and product fit in the market!
