I enjoy working at NEOGOV. There is none better at product market fit which is huge in sales. Overall the culture is good here. Only downsides are that the company does not pay as high as competitor jobs. There is lots of opportunity for growth here, however most of the preparation for growth needs to be done individually rather than supported by the company.

This is a decent company. They pay commission well. They have more of a traditional selling model where each year they chop your territory and increase your quota. Plan to make the most money in the first years you are there vs. making more money each year. Low diversity. Low innovation. That said, Good commissions and product fit in the market!

My experience with NEOGOV overall has been great! It’s been a place where I was able to move into a closing role from an SDR really quickly.
