This is a decent company. They pay commission well. They have more of a traditional selling model where each year they chop your territory and increase your quota. Plan to make the most money in the first years you are there vs. making more money each year. Low diversity. Low innovation. That said, Good commissions and product fit in the market!

This company has put a new emphasis on trying to align quotas with data that supports the reps success. They still want quotas to be a stretch but achievable.

Greta company culture. Pay is moderate but competitive for Utah market. Overall, very satisfied to work with a quality team in a niche market with niche product pipelines.
