At the time of writing this, there are 17 AE's on the floor. In 2024- 10 reps were PIP'd out or fired and 3 more left, before or at 1 year. And it's not like this is the first wave of sales hires, they began hiring sales reps in 2021. My experience has been good so far, The reps here are awesome people.
