Weak differentiation in the market with offerings mostly mirroring services offered by competition but with limited maturity. A lot of projects are focused on labor arbitrage with very few wins on next gen offerings especially for clients considering a business/ strategic partner. Traditional Infrastructure capabilities are strong but lag others in Apps and Platform offerings.

My overall experience is that the company really expects you to do your own hunting. I've never experienced an inbound lead or had someone reach out to me. 2024 brought new leadership which expects sales to only either chase new logos, or close only deals over $3M on existing accounts.

My company was acquired by NTT DATA and the transition process was horrendous. They did not provide a quota or comp plan for 5.5 months and suddenly went from paying us commission monthly to not paying us commission for 5.5 months. Their process and lack of communication has been extremely disrespectful and when they did finally release a comp plan it was insulting...Read More
