Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I joined NCC to grow within my career, the onboarding training was great, and leadership had goals to keep us informed and training, however, they had goals without a detailed plan. For example, They created a mentor program without expectations. They created groups with different training opportunities to help them be more successful, 1 group call and then nothing.
They have a culture where they “care” for their employees and want the best for you and call you “family” and then lay you off without notice while 7 months pregnant. Leadership lacks goals and plans to success. Favoritism is something that takes place unfortunately.
