My overall experience was not good. Fear tactics and toxic leadership that is clueless. I had a slower Q1 as I was taking over a territory that had very limited activity for over a year. It is a good company - treats sales pretty well. Pay scale is on lower end of market range. Strong position in industry but not a place to make a truckload of cash. Hard to climb to higher positions and if you do the pay rise is minimal
