Senior reps with long standing relationships in their market were forced to cold call into accounts on a weekly basis and harass their contacts which only burned their relationships.

Current Employee4.0May 28, 2024I have enjoyed my time since being at Moveworks! It is a world class product and our customers/partners showcase this. The SDR org is tight knit and we have a great culture. Management is good, however, there is clear differences in how SDRs are able to operate and do their job depending on who their manager is.
