The worst sales organization I have ever worked for. Leadership micromanages, denies PTO, and if you’re not in the good ‘ol boys club or a straight, white, male, good luck advancing in this company. No one is hitting quota and leadership still raises KPI’s. Getting your job threatened here is the norm and you’re seen as disposable. Sales cycles are 6 months to a year even for SMB which only get sub $10K deals while your quota is $80K a quarter.

What territory you get assigned is half the battle, other than that its a decent place to be, could be better, could be worse.
