The worst sales organization I have ever worked for. Leadership micromanages, denies PTO, and if you’re not in the good ‘ol boys club or a straight, white, male, good luck advancing in this company. No one is hitting quota and leadership still raises KPI’s. Getting your job threatened here is the norm and you’re seen as disposable. Sales cycles are 6 months to a year even for SMB which only get sub $10K deals while your quota is $80K a quarter.

No one has hit quota in a year. The BDR org has changed their quota/commission structure 3 times in the past 4 quarters. Our meetings are based on titles, if the decision maker at one of your companies is a "manager" don't even bother working it because you don't get paid out on pipeline or deals closed either!
