Our meetings are based on titles, if the decision maker at one of your companies is a "manager" don't even bother working it because you don't get paid out on pipeline or deals closed either!

Leadership micromanages, denies PTO, and if you’re not in the good ‘ol boys club or a straight, white, male, good luck advancing in this company.
