My experience was great. So many people working so hard. The only negative is that it's kind of a secret club in sales and not all the promotions made sense.

No one has hit quota in a year. The BDR org has changed their quota/commission structure 3 times in the past 4 quarters. Our meetings are based on titles, if the decision maker at one of your companies is a "manager" don't even bother working it because you don't get paid out on pipeline or deals closed either!
