No one has hit quota in a year. The BDR org has changed their quota/commission structure 3 times in the past 4 quarters. Our meetings are based on titles, if the decision maker at one of your companies is a "manager" don't even bother working it because you don't get paid out on pipeline or deals closed either!

The worst sales organization I have ever worked for. Leadership micromanages, denies PTO, and if you’re not in the good ‘ol boys club or a straight, white, male, good luck advancing in this company.
