Our meetings are based on titles, if the decision maker at one of your companies is a "manager" don't even bother working it because you don't get paid out on pipeline or deals closed either!

Former Employee3.3Oct 9, 2023Leadership has recently made several changes over the past few quarters, raising comp, decreasing leads to call, increasing metrics. Goals were constantly a moving goal post because sales team couldn’t convert pipeline and we’re not trained very well.
