Current Employee1.1Oct 4, 2023No one has hit quota in a year. The BDR org has changed their quota/commission structure 3 times in the past 4 quarters. Our meetings are based on titles, if the decision maker at one of your companies is a "manager" don't even bother working it because you don't get paid out on pipeline or deals closed either!
