Commission scheme is weird and essentially caps earning potential. Financial motivation to hold deals for the following period if you’ve achieved the top level payout; that creates disparity between what’s good for the rep and what’s good for Motorola. Some people settle in, have very comfortable careers here and seem quite happy; it just wasn’t the right spot for me.

My overall experience has been okay. It’s a great company culture, but the company is really slow to pay sales people. The sales incentive plan doesn’t motivate you to close business Internationally.

Terrible managers, no innovation. Would not join this company at the lowest level. No real room to move up and very little support.
