I came into this role needing a job because I was laid off. It's not a bad company to work for overall. Pretty easy to learn products and industries to sell into. The CEO is way too involved in everything trying to make it public. The company is very productivity/outcome-focused and will micromanage nonstop if you fall behind. Also, don't count on any job security, but with all that being said your numbers are not unattainable and fair if you put in any effort.

Overall I enjoyed my experience, with that said leadership has shifted gears in the last 12 months. The core industry they serve has been hit hard. This has led to 2 rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months. Leadership has become more micromanagement based.
