My overall experience leaves me asking where the current leadership is taking the company. I’ve witnessed a lot of turnover and negative impacts over the past 4 years. Outlook is bleak. People are miserable.

Motive pays for everything, employee reviews, accolades, and acknowledgments. Take any third party information with a grain of salt. Missed my expectations from the start with unattainable goals, cherry picking accounts, and unethical leaders (VP and above). Check out LinkedIn for average ent rep tenure. Right now Motive feels like one of those companies with the wind behind their backs. The CEO spent the last 10 years building a huge and loyal customer base with just a fraction of what we offer today.
