I know Enterprise is a work in progress but that there's "new leadership". That's often lip service from recruiters who are motivated to place candidates, so what's Enterprise really look like in a year or two? Is there opportunity or are they better focusing on mid-market/SMB?

More QuestionsWhat’s the culture like? Specifically, I understand working hard is important but is it really cut throat? If for any reason a rep falls behind in their numbers, is leadership helpful with coaching or do you typically get PIPed out immediately? Is taking PTO frowned upon even if you hit metrics and quota?
