Overall, my experience at Morgan Stanley has been positive. They provide many career opportunities since it is such a large organization. This is generally accepted as one of the best finance firms to work at, but since it is such a large organization, it is easy to get lost or stuck in a role.

This was a while back, under the wealth management umbrella, selling to executives of public companies. I felt bad for new reps coming through the program.
