My experience was great for most of my time at Moody’s. However, people don’t leave bad companies they leave bad managers.

Pros: Best benefits I’ve seen at any company. Terrific PTO, stock plan, parental leave policies. Good incentive and bonus programs throughout the year. Cons: NRR comp structure is very demotivating.
