Amazing company that cares about it's employees. It is a unique sales organization that is conscious of work-life balance for employees, it's friendly team dynamics, as well as it's opportunity for employees to close 3x their quota once established.

Extremely poor management and culture. No training whatsoever, and a very "old boys club" feel. Product is way too expensive, and there are several open-souce/cheaper products available, so closing larger deals has become much harder. Territories were completely slashed and prospecting/outreach abilities were severely limited by cutting our technology stack......Read More

I’m still working out the kinks to the new commission structure, but the money seems worth it if you can close deals. The management here is something flat out bad. A mix of people who either do not have management experience in general, or haven’t got enough institutional knowledge (huge part of this role) to actually coach anyone.
