Current Employee I’m still working out the kinks to the new commission structure, but the money seems worth it if you can close deals.
The management here is something flat out bad. A mix of people who either do not have management experience in general, or haven’t got enough institutional knowledge (huge part of this role) to actually coach anyone.
We bounce between sales styles from the 2010s - some managers want us to “smile and dial” as if that works in 2025, others want us to lean into managing spreadsheets of data to help inform the sales pitch for an overpriced product that should be strictly e-commerce focused.
Even when people do buy from us online, we end up going after them for not purchasing the right license type, and not knowing that the license type they need is not available online. Silly customers! Overall, I’d say if you NEED a job and they offer one, take it; it’s tough out there. Don’t expect to be happy or content with this role though. Browse Other Reviews
