Really good school to enable you to sell really complex and innovative infrastructure. One of the most complex but interesting sales in the world. You can learn everyday and push yourself and the team around you. After Mongo you will be welcomed by any big tech company and respected for your sales skills. The client conversations are really interesting as you are planning the technology innovations with your biggest and smallest clients.

Great product and very good sales training program. Sales comp is lower than peers, whether leadership wants to agree with that or not…it’s a fact.
