Poor middle management structure : regional directors who do not add any values to sales manager. Only focusing on KPIs that does not matter and with a one-size-fits all approach. Only doing politics to keep their position and being positive perceived by their own management. Highly disconnected from the field

Honestly the worst experience I've had in sales. Non-sales MongoDB is a seemingly great place to be, great leadership, benefits, etc. Sales @ MongoDB can be described as overly-dogmatic, highly political, high turn over, administrative hell. The sales process is a religion, not a helpful framework.
