Honestly the worst experience I've had in sales. Non-sales MongoDB is a seemingly great place to be, great leadership, benefits, etc. Sales @ MongoDB can be described as overly-dogmatic, highly political, high turn over, administrative hell. The sales process is a religion, not a helpful framework.

Great product and very good sales training program. Sales comp is lower than peers, whether leadership wants to agree with that or not…it’s a fact.
