I am thankfully on a strategic account, but this job is a lot of work. The learning is incredible and you are enabled to do good work. You will become a great seller if you take the time to learn and lean on your mentors, but can be really tough depending on your territory. All ADR / SDR roles are hard (mentally), but I imagine that this one is especially tough, but the reward is worth it (hopefully).

I've enjoyed my time at MongoDB. Strong leadership as well as overall Sales talent within the business. I would recommend MongoDB as a good place to work for anyone looking at a career in Enterprise Sales.
