MongoDB is far from the company it claims to be. The culture is toxic, and EQ leadership is sorely lacking. There's no meritocracy; it's all about who you know. The consumption model doesn't favor reps, and the high churn rate in the Canadian team is due to terrible leadership. This is not a place for driven individuals but rather a breeding ground for political games and poor management. Steer clear if you value your career and sanity.
