MongoDB is far from the company it claims to be. The culture is toxic, and EQ leadership is sorely lacking. There's no meritocracy; it's all about who you know. The consumption model doesn't favor reps, and the high churn rate in the Canadian team is due to terrible leadership. This is not a place for driven individuals but rather a breeding ground for political games and poor management. Steer clear if you value your career and sanity.

Great place to start a career but may not be the best in terms of career growth from sdr. Promotions are harder , comp plan continuously changes and the new 30% of the complain which is called team quota basically if the team doesn’t achieve their target you are paid less even if you do your part just doesn’t make sense at all!!
