The training, process, and ethic is second to none, and you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best sellers in technology. The product works well and has a compelling story. It's a difficult space to sell into given the history of the database business, and generally takes two years for the best reps to start hitting and exceeding their quota.
The product is improving, and the product suite is growing and winning in key markets like AI. However, the internal politics can be difficult to navigate, time consuming, and largely determinative of your success given the saturation of reps in enterprise territories.
