Lack of formal training or direction on path to be successful. Also lack of path to AE. Still a newer group of leadership and a company that just spun off from a parent company a year prior so figuring things out. Hoping a clearer path to success will develop.

Monetate has an excellent, collegial company culture with a powerful and robust product and excellent base and commission compensation. Only downside is a saturated market, an expensive platform, and a brand that has fallen behind close competitors. Also needs more enablement for sales reps.
