Lots of micromanagement, quotas are hard to hit these days, pay is not great, so many internal meetings, expectations are very high. The office is very nice, free lunch, the people you work with are super cool, everyone is smart and hardworking. The product is becoming harder and harder to sell on Enterprise (AEs only can sell ENT) but lots of customers buy self-serve tiers.

Overall Miro was a great company to work for. The PLG opportunities and AE relationships were great. Sometimes it felt a little clickish but there was a lot of great mentorships and coaching.
