PMF continues to be strong despite it being a crowded space. The company has the luxury of a long run way and flexibility to adapt the product, test, iterate, and deliver more value. Performance has been inconsistent and varied with market dynamics but leadership has a good track record of adjusting comp structures mid-year and do the right thing for the GTM teams.

I love Miro, truly. The product is great, and investments are being made in the right areas to improve the product value even more. Miro's CPO is doing all the right things. That said, Miro needs to pay reps more, bottom line. Retaining top talent is not possible when you're not paying close to market rate. Hopefully this changes going forward and for future reps!
