The company's management seemed utterly disconnected from the needs and concerns of its employees, which led to a toxic and demoralizing work environment.
First and foremost, the company's leadership displayed a complete lack of transparency. Important decisions were made behind closed doors, leaving employees in the dark about the company's direction and future prospects. This lack of communication eroded trust and made it difficult for anyone to feel invested in the company's success.
Additionally, Mindtickle had a disturbing habit of overpromising and underdelivering. This extended not only to its products but also to its treatment of employees.
In conclusion, my time at Mindtickle was marked by a toxic culture, broken promises, and a complete disregard for employee well-being since the current leadership as began its reign in February 2023. I would strongly caution anyone considering a job with this company to think twice and explore other options that value their employees and foster a healthier work environment.
