Decent company, but quota was unreachable given the size of the book of business. If you were in expansion sales you spent a lot of time repairing relationships to even get to point where customers would take your calls. They promised a lot of $, but in the end, sellers start leaving because they aren't selling.

The company also provides spiffs from time to time. You can earn anything between $25 - $100 per spiff.

The company has a sellable product but the leadership culture, from the top down, motivates its sales org to perform via fear. New leadership is very metric/KPI-motivated which is a breeding ground for micromanagement.
