Marketing is living in their own little bubble managing SDR's that have no incentive working with sales. Since the pandemic there have been a handful of layoffs, if you hit your number you're gone! They let go a manager that was above 200% of quota, when questioned they replied "this is an at will company, we don't have to have a reason".
