Disorganized and poorly led, this company sets unrealistic quotas while relying heavily on micromanagement. Leadership makes impulsive, short-sighted decisions that cause issues for both employees and customers. Morale is low due to constant changes without clear direction or strategy. Would not recommend for those seeking stability or a supportive work environment.

Was at MT for 2 yrs, new leadership joined in 2023 and everything went downhill. They let go a manager that was above 200% of quota, when questioned they replied "this is an at will company, we don't have to have a reason". Decent company, but quota was unreachable given the size of the book of business. If you were in expansion sales you spent a lot of time repairing relationships to even get to point where customers would take your calls. They promised a lot of $, but in the end, sellers start leaving because they aren't selling.
