The professional development is very specific and you have to be nominated for it. Further if you don’t have an “in” with management or you are middle of the road, there’s little to no resources for you. Base compensation seems very fair and in line with other email security vendors.

The company has a lot of work to do in specific territories. Some territories are much stronger than other giving some teams heavy advantages over other.

The company has made some great strides to make their employees heard and do something positive with the feedback given. We are definitely in a transition phase though as a ton of our senior leadership has turned over and everyone is still figuring out which ideas they can run with… will have to wait and see how leadership comes together and moves the company...Read More
