Everything is amazing but nobody is happy. Spend some time at Microsoft and you'll realize it's an org. that is built to maintain senior leadership's stock value. Almost all managers I dealt with were just paranoid about protecting their equity.

I would definitely recommend Microsoft as an employer. Sales culture can be toxic and crucial at times, but which hyperscaler isnt?
