Lateral moves make that making a jump in pay is super hard. Not the best work environment because of (senior) management. Also the way you have to do your review feels like they are just locking in information to use later on, and not to your advantage…

Decent experience, many products to sell. It really depends on the manager that you get as to how you will succeed.
