Current Employee3.0Jul 27, 2023Overly complex comp plan that changes every year…very very aggressive quotas make hitting your number extremely difficult. Company claims to be customer focused but comp plan has weighted buckets that make you push products the customer doesn’t necessarily want. You only get paid on growth so success sometimes is based on which accounts you have and their maturity.
