Current Employee2.0Sep 15, 2023Microsoft is on a downward spiral with placing focus on earnings and not employees. I.E. - No COLA or Raises for 2024 after a solid/super strong prior year. Being told, "Be grateful", "Do more with less", "It is going to get worse before it gets better" (Spoiler alert, it is worse than it has been) is a consistent message from top down. Every. Single. Day.

Pay is pretty good. General culture is quite good across the business. Onboarding is the worst I've experienced.
