I think culturally senior leadership is strong and has the correct values but as you move down the line not enough leaders embrace and live those values. Former Employee4.4Jan 3, 2024My overall experience was fantastic, even though I had four managers in less than two years. The last manager played favorites and was blatantly obvious about it. The skills of the manager to be able to constructively coach was non-existent. I would go back to being an AE again should the opportunity arise.
