Microsoft has some of the best leaders I have ever worked for- even in my division. Pay was OK- different from how most sales organizations would have thier commissions structure BUT their benefits are amazing so it kind of makes up for the pay.

My overall experience was fantastic, even though I had four managers in less than two years. The last manager played favorites and was blatantly obvious about it. The skills of the manager to be able to constructively coach was non-existent. I would go back to being an AE again should the opportunity arise.
