Difficult environment to sell in. Leadership very out of touch with what is needed for success in the US market. No enablement, sales onboarding, or sales process (no account planning, sales framework, etc.). We had to overcome a few very tough hurdles in Q1 24 in the US Team, which left some ICs sour (as you can read in the comments). The Current Team turned a page and is on track to hit far above plan. The future looks bright but I understand some complaints (some are simply way over the top)
