Streamlining bureaucratic processes and enhancing communication from the top could further elevate our work experience. Outstanding product/market fit, ever growing market & increased buyer awareness. Siemens integration is not smooth 5 years down the line, but creates a lot of trust with prospects . Huge potential, but the company is incapable to execute on the opportunity. Incompetent management, unfit for purpose

Experience has been an excellent. There is long term stability within the company. Some employees in Rotterdam have been with Mendix for 15 years. Good earning potential and competitive comp.
