Solid product market fit and a very decent office space. Product strategy and innovation is spot on. Company struggles with adopting an enterprise GTM, very much a volume driven GTM. The latter and the MEDDPICC sales methodology results in quite some micromanagement. It is bearable as long as you have the right manager above you, but increases the workload to keep the ever growing management dashboards green. Main focus is short term success instead of long term growth. Siemens integration is solidifying, releasing some pressure on the backoffice - which is a good thing. The historic old boy network is breaking down, GTM leadership is improving but still lacks vision/strategy on how to scale the business. I am not sure if the increased integration is a good thing; Mendix and Siemens have two completely different sales- and management cultures.

Mendix is a market leading product that is unfortunately seeing decreasing revenues organization wide. While I have greatly increased my technical capacity and sales acumen, there is no available career progression. The advent of GenAI has put doubts about the low-code market's potential growth over the next few years.

Market leading product. Great training and management/coaching. Structured SDR promotions with raises. 3 month's of solid onboarding. Some territories and verticals are more difficult than others.
