No training. Cut throat environment with poor hiring initiatives. Unrealistic day to day KPIs with management clearly favoriting certain employees over others. If you don’t perform after 2 months, expect a PIP.

Although senior leadership is coming in and doing good things for the business (Ex: Partners program) they do not care about anyone at the company and are really driving culture in the opposite direction of what it once was.
