My overall experience has been good, I have made best friends for life here, I do feel that the salary is very low especially for people who live in bigger cities aside from NYC as they account for a salary change there. The client workload in SMB is very overwhelming and hard to reach goals to earn commission due to recent changes it feels very hard to get ahead and consistently hit quota as accounts are constantly being taken out of your name with others dropped in.

Overall experience was positive, which probably has to do with being a top-performer. That said, the people were great and go on to be to stellar AEs elsewhere. It was a grind. It was fun. I see Meltwater gets a bad wrap but at least a little undeservingly. Great place to start your sales career
