Meltwater is a fun place to work with great people - however, management consistently undervalue staff & do not know how to run the business to succeess.

The software is very competitive and industry fun. However management is inexperienced with lack of knowledge on industry methodologies, human and leadership principles. That type of management makes working at Meltwater toxic. Salaries are low for the industry. Do not recommend.
