My overall experience was poor and the team always seemed chaotic and lost. Lots of moving parts, team movements without any warning and no warning of changes.

Rough job, 70 hours a week, weekend ‘homework’ sent at 5pm on sundays, crazy toxic management. Only highlight, learned a LOT as an entry level job

I've been at Meltwater for a long time and have seen the good, the bad & the ugly. Although senior leadership is coming in and doing good things for the business (Ex: Partners program) they do not care about anyone at the company and are really driving culture in the opposite direction of what it once was.
