There has been a lot of maturation at the organization over the passed few years and proper segmentation with the right people selling to the right accounts

Horrible compensation, probably the worst I have heard of. Product has so little value as well. Leadership at the highest level has not sold in years and doesn't understand today's market. Although senior leadership is coming in and doing good things for the business (Ex: Partners program) they do not care about anyone at the company and are really driving culture in the opposite direction of what it once was.
