Great enablement and training. Meltwater is the Harvard of Sales, you will leave knowing so much about outbound. That said, it depends on the office and leader you have. Horrible compensation, probably the worst I have heard of. Product has so little value as well. Leadership at the highest level has not sold in years and doesn't understand today's market. Great place to begin your career at, but don't stay longer than 3 years.

I've been at Meltwater for a long time and have seen the good, the bad & the ugly. Although senior leadership is coming in and doing good things for the business (Ex: Partners program) they do not care about anyone at the company and are really driving culture in the opposite direction of what it once was. People are young and fun, but that comes with the downside of young and inexperienced leadership. Base pay is enough to entice someone fresh out of college but not enough for the level of output they ask for. Sales are unsustainable for a monthly cycle.
